Wow! I’ve been very neglectful with updating this site!
I guess it could be seen as a good sign- too busy in
the studio to spend my time on the computer! Well, not entirely - I had
a baby in January which has certainly slowed things down a bit.
Since it’s been so long it would be ridiculous to try
to fill in all the gaps so let’s just start again from here…. Things
have been very hectic in the Twisted Fig studio, juggling my 5 month old
son with the production of as many beautiful things as I can, leading up
to a very exciting event…. The opening of a retail / gallery space in
Belgrave at the foot of the scenic Dandenong Ranges on the outskirts of
Melbourne.
‘Limerence’ is a collaborative project with my partner,
jewellery artist Brent Dakis from Depths of the Never Never and will
house exclusive ranges from both labels and also represent other local
artists producing high quality Australian hand made fashion and
jewellery, as well as be a commerical exhibition space for artisans of
all kinds.
It’s all very exciting but busy, busy, busy! So if

Exciting news! Twisted Fig has a new stockist in Sydney! I Ran the Wrong Way is a beautiful, eclectic boutique hidden away in Surry Hills, NSW. Filled with reclaimed curiosities it is now also the home to some of Twisted Fig's unique accessories! You can check them out at www.iranthewrongway.com
All images are taken from a recent collaborative photoshoot with eco jewellery label 'Depths of the Never Never. The amazing Linda Pottage at 'Bluehouse Studio' is responsible for all the photography (check 'info' section for links to both their websites).
Most of the clothing and accessories you see on the site are still available for sale, but you'll have to be quick, all items are one-off pieces. Feel free to email me if anything tickles your fancy.
Also, custom orders are always welcome and can be shipped internationally.
Time is speeding ever so quickly towards Christmas which means busy times in the Twisted Fig studio!
You can find a taste of our most recent accessories range at in.cube8r gallery or a more extensive collection (including clothing) at Rose st Artist Market every Saturday (and some Sundays) through November and December so so be sure to keep us in mind for your Christmas shopping.
